Adopt an Acre

(Photos by Glenn Lane)
The long hours of hard work by our club members and volunteers is starting to pay off, but there's still a ton of work left to do. We're reseeding for the future, helping to bring back the natural forage areas that the elk can depend upon for years to come. We invite you to be a part of this effort.
Part of the Toutle Valley resident herd reap the behefits of our new "Adopt an Acre" program. This is just one of the habitat areas we have re-seeded over the past two years. There is much more seed to be planted and many more acres to be reclaimed for forage.
A $100 dollar donation will enroll you in our program. You'll get free advertising on our sponsor's page. We also encourage our members to patronize our sponsors (as well as our friends and families!) But most importantly, you'll make the difference between life and death for some of the elk in the resident herd.
If you think what we just said is overly dramatic, just go to the Gallery page to view photos of elk that have starved to death. A word of caution: these photos are very graphic and not for all viewers.
